- Who am I? Well, I'm really just an average guy that was born and raised in the Great Northwest - Seattle to be exact. Food is a passion of mine but good even more so! I don't have a fancy background in the culinary arts and I haven't traveled the World experiencing exotic offerings from different countries. But what I do have is; an authentic passion for food, the eagerness and open-mindedness to try new things and the willingness to share my experiences with those that have this same kind of passion and interest.
